RadBus Wiedtal
The RadBus Wiedtal (bus no. 131) runs from 01. April between Roßbach (Wied) and Neuwied through the Wiedtal valley and connects the Westerwald with the banks of the Rhine. On the route along the Wied river you can get on or off the bus with your bicycle in Waldbreitbach and Altwied to explore the area by bicycle.
If you begin your tour for example in Altwied you can then follow the Wied cycle path for about 2 kilometres upriver. At the mouth of the Laubach river you can leave your bicycle at Laubach Mill and then walk a short way along the path to the Laubach Waterfall before you continue your bike journey along the Wied northwards.
The RadBus runs five times on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays every two hours for you and has space for 20 bicycles. In Roßbach (Wied) the first bus leaves at 9.10am. The first bus from Neuwied leaves at 10:03am. E-bikes can be taken on this bus line.
